The Service and Calibration Laboratory in Newmarket has been specifically developed to meet the needs of our UK customers and, while fully traceable to National Standards, is intended to be flexible in its' approach to providing practical service solutions.

This commitment is an extension of the collaborative culture of our company and ensures that essential back-up is always available to a time-scale that meets the needs of every industry sector. In parallel with the Bronkhorst Headquarters 24 hour / 7 days a week Help Line we can provide in-house services that include same-day, next-day and standard 3 day turn-around.

Remote Support

With our remote support services we are able to identify, diagnose and resolve your problems before they can have a negative impact on your process. By using TeamViewer software we can offer you fast, proactive, predictive and reactive support to maintain a high uptime. Even when an on-site visit is needed for e.g. a repair, we can provide a technical diagnosis and identify defective parts remotely so that we can act quickly with minimal interference in your process.

Certified Global Service Offices

Certified Global Service Offices

Bronkhorst organizes product and service trainings for employees, working at the sales and service departments of our international representatives. Participants will be granted certificates for the various training modules followed at our Training Centre. Upon certification, our Global Service Offices will be able to perform repair and recalibration actions in line with our corporate standards.
