What are the "wetted parts" of Bronkhorst® instruments constructed of?

Standard materials of construction for all instruments is Stainless Steel 316 or equivalent. Our product series MASS-STREAM, FLEXI-FLOW and IQ+FLOW can also be offered with Aluminium body material. On request some wetted parts are available in Monel or Hastelloy. Contact factory for more information.

Standard seals are Viton® (FKM) for a thermal gas mass flow meter / controller and Kalrez® (FFKM) for a thermal liquid mass flow meter / controller. (mini) CORI-FLOW Coriolis mass flow meters are metal sealed. Controllers contain internal seals of Viton® (FKM) (factory standard), EPDM or Kalrez® (FFKM).
