In addition to the sales office the USA there are subsidiary offices in Great Britain, France, Switzerland, Northern Germany, India, Japan, China, Taiwan (ROC), South Korea, Singapore and the Netherlands whereby local expertise and service is offered. Bronkhorst has also built up an extensive complementary network of distributors and service stations across the rest of Europe and, indeed, yet further representation in such countries as Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Israel, Thailand, South Africa, Argentina and Brazil.

Bronkhorst is represented by 12 wholly owned subsidiaries in Europe (Germany, France, Great Britain, Switzerland and The Netherlands), in the USA and in Asia (India, Japan, China, Taiwan (ROC), Singapore and South Korea) and additionally in more than 30 countries worldwide.

Specialist teams have been formed that bring together Degree level education including flow theory, electronics, chemistry and materials engineering with time-served instrumentation placement and world-wide service application. This wealth of knowledge and experience is enhanced with business skills in contracts management and customer care to provide an overall service that is intended to be second to none. Service and after sales support

All our branch offices and many of the other representing offices have the opportunity to render local service and support, either on-site or at their facilities. After sales services may include diagnostics, commissioning, calibration checks or replacement of defect instruments, if applicable, depending on the service level of the office.
