The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing a marketing strategy and maintaining and expanding the profile of Bronkhorst High-Tech and its subsidiaries within the designated area/region.

Key Position Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving marketing objectives in the region by developing and executing a marketing strategy and activities (strategic and tactical) in support of the overall marketing strategy set by Bronkhorst Hi-Tech. Establish, expand, and ensure activities within an approved marketing budget. 

Development and Strategy

  • Translate strategic marketing objectives into an activity plan.  
  • Guide the rollout of activities and measure their success. Adjust the plan/policy where optimization is possible.
  • Test and evaluate new marketing activities for campaigns and ensure the expansion of these activities. 
  • Create business-relevant content. 
Research and Analysis
  • dentify the needs of users/target groups, collect data, and translate this into a marketing strategy for the region, creating and implementing market development opportunities. 
  • Identify the difference between a successful corporate marketing strategy and a successful local marketing strategy based on data.  
Omnichannel
  • Ensure a consistent rollout of the Bronkhorst brand policy within the region.  
  • Guide the sales organizations and partners to act as a joint team in developing the regional customer journey. 
Field development
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret relevant trends and developments, translate these into feasible adjustments/improvements for services, and report to stakeholders.  
  • Responsible for documenting, acquiring, and transferring knowledge in the field.  
  • Evaluate the work performed, reflect on it, learn from the knowledge/experience gained, and apply it.   

Competencies

  • Ability to regularly handle multiple priorities and effortlessly switch between tasks. 
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to determine the approach and prioritization of the marketing work, balancing organizational policy and regulations and cultures in the respective region on the other. 
  • Organized and detailed approach to tasks and projects to ensure completeness and accuracy of work. 
  • Ability to work with Strategic Marketing in HQ, distributors/network community and external partners to exchange information, coordinate campaigns, share knowledge. 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications or Business 
  • Proven track record that exhibits strong results in Marketing of products and services. 
  • Experience marketing in the B2B environment with preference for industrial or technical product marketing in one or more of the following markets: analytical instrumentation, process industries, life sciences, food & beverage, energy, semi-conductor or metallurgical surface treatment. 
  • Experience in on-line marketing, including but not limited to website maintenance, email campaigns, on-line campaigns, and social media marketing.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk and sit. The employee may be required to drive a passenger automobile and occasionally be required to travel out-of-town via automobile (leased or owned), commercial airline or other standard form of public transportation. Out-of-town travel will require overnight lodging in hotel/motel properties for continuous days as required. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
